Attraxion is a venue management and human resources application that provides tools for:
- Staff scheduling and rota management
- Employee time tracking and clock-in/clock-out functionality
- Booking management for venues
- Payment processing and financial management
- HR administration tools
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
3.2 Account Types
- **Venue Managers/Administrators**: Full access to manage staff, schedules, and bookings
- **Staff Members**: Limited access to view schedules, clock in/out, and manage personal information
- **Customers**: Access to booking functionality where applicable### 3.3 Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

- We act as a data processor for employee information entered by venue managers
5.3 Data Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring all data entered into the Service is accurate and up-to-date.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Subscription Fees
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
6.2 Payment Processing
- For venues using payment processing features, standard transaction fees apply
- We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their actions
- You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service
6.3 Late Payments
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Time Tracking and Payroll
7.1 Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy in time tracking features, you are responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of all time records
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintaining additional records as required by law
7.2 No Payroll Services
We do not provide payroll processing services. The Service provides tools for time tracking and schedule management only.## 8. Intellectual Property
